President Barack Obama's second inauguration speech was uplifting and nonpartisan, a local Democratic leader said.
"He really laid out that we all have much to do to continue to go forward and that we have to find common ground on issues like health care, education and the economy," said Linda Nelson, chair of the Pottawattamie County Democrats. "It was uplifting, and not a partisan, speech. It was 'we' as a country, one nation and how we all have to find common ground to improve our country."
