If you missed the two night season four premiere of The Voice this week, you missed a lot. You missed Shakira and Usher making their debuts as the newest coaches (filling in for Cee-Lo Green and Christina Aguilera who are both on hiatus from the show) and you missed a whole lot of talented singers trying to impress them during their blind auditions.

During the first two nights of blind auditions, we met an extremely talented country singing teen, got reacquainted with a former American Idol finalist, was blown away by a singer so good that Michael Jackson selected her for his tour and much, much more. Take a look at the four auditions we thought were true highlights from this week’s season four premiere:

Danielle Bradbery : Watch out Taylor Swift! Danielle is an adorable country singing 16-year-old that came out and completely slayed her blind audition of Swiftie’s “Mean.” She got Blake, Usher and Adam to turn for her but she picks Blake as her coach. Smart choice. He was last year’s winner.

Sarah Simmons : Sarah’s got a Kelly Clarkson-ish quality to her voice and she displays this during her fantastic audition of “One Of Us.” It’s so good, all four coaches turn for her! Adam’s pleas border of desperation and it works like a charm. Sarah picks Team Adam for the win.

Midas Whale : American Idol season 3′s Jon Peter Lewis is back and doing his singing thing in the quirky folk duo. They’re awesome and the coaches all want a piece of the action. They all pitch to the duo and it’s looking like Shakira is about to land them by speaking a little Spanish with JPL but Adam grabs the duo for his team.

Judith Hill : Judith was lucky enough to have the late and incredibly great King of Pop, Michael Jackson, hand pick her as a featured singer on his “This Is It” tour and during her audition, she showed just why. Judith graced the ‘The Voice’ stage and showed out with a confident, soulful version of Christina Aguilera’s “What A Girl Wants,” getting every single coach to turn for her. The coaches fight it out but Adam comes out on top, landing himself a front-runner.
