It can’t be easy to move forward when every day reminds you of the person you lost.
But Lea Michele is certainly trying damn hard to carry on with her life after suddenly losing Cory Monteith due to an overdose.
Even with all her strength and determination to get back on the Glee set and begin filming the next season, it likely hasn’t been easy. An insider revealed what Lea is apparently trying to hide while she puts on a brave face:
“Every day is so hard. Just getting up in the morning means remembering that Cory is gone. It’s incredibly painful … It’s a struggle. She is incredibly strong, but that doesn’t make it easier.”
We can’t imagine especially since she’s also filming about losing her boyfriend for the tribute episode next season.
But we’re so glad her Glee castmates and friends have surrounded her to help her through this.
And with an appearance by them expected this weekend at the Teen Choice Awards, we’re sure they’ll be there for each other more than ever!
